Annual Consecration and Corporate Fast
January 6 - 27, 2013


There are different types of fasting. If you are under the care of a physician, please consult with your doctor before joining the fast. If you are unable to fully participate because of a medical condition; perhaps you may abstain from a favorite activity, i.e. television, music, sports or maybe you can give up sodas and sweets for the 21 days.

We will begin with the afternoon meal on Sunday, January 6 and end with the afternoon meal on Sunday, January 27.

Full Fast
Drink only liquids (you establish the number of days).

The Daniel Fast*
Eat no meat, no sweets and no bread. Drink water and/or unsweetened juice/beverages. Eat fruits and vegetables, and legumes (ex. beans, lentils, peanuts, etc).

3-Day Fast
This can be a Full Fast, Daniel Fast or give up at least one item of food.

Partial Fast**
A partial fast is from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm or from sun up to sundown. You can select from three types of fasting —a Full Fast, Daniel Fast or give up at least one item of food.

Remember that it is the attitude of a heart sincerely seeking Him to which God responds with a blessing
(Isaiah 58, Jeremiah 14:12, 1 Corinthians 8:8).
